2. Our Process

Upon receiving a complete notice, we will review it for accuracy, validity, and completeness. If the notice appears valid, we will remove or disable access to the identified material in a timely manner and make reasonable efforts to notify the party who posted or is responsible for the material.

We aim to respond to properly submitted DMCA notices within 1–2 business days of receipt, though complex claims may take longer to review.

3. Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to lotterysambadtool@gmail.com containing your signature, identification of the material removed and its prior location, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error, and your contact information. Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original complainant informs us that they have filed a court action.

4. Before You File

Filing a false claim of infringement can carry legal consequences. If you are uncertain whether content infringes your copyright, or have concerns about the privacy implications of submitting your contact information, we recommend consulting an attorney before filing a notice.

5. Repeat Infringers

Where appropriate, we reserve the right to remove content or restrict access from users who are the subject of repeat, valid infringement notices.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Website after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
